3F Service Center

1. Inquiries regarding venue activities, programs, and related information.

2. Services for Weiwuying membership application, gift redemption, and related member inquiries.

3. Services for on-site registration and online check-in for scheduled guided tours, as well as audio guide rental and related consultation.

4. Ticketing services including purchase, collection, refund, and exchange via the OPENTIX Ticketing System platform.

5. On-site cash ticket purchase services for events sold through the ERA Ticket ticketing system.

6. The service center offers wheelchair rental.  The wheelchair model provided is "S-Ergo 106" in cooperation with Karma Medical.  Wheelchairs are available for use within the Banyan Plaza and the Crown Hall. Those provided at the Service Center are for emergency transport only and may be borrowed for up to 2 hours. Rental and return hours are from 11:00 to 20:00 daily.

3F Crown Hall

1. Coin-Operated Lockers
   Coin-operated lockers are available in the Crown Hall. Lockers are for same-day use only during the venue’s opening hours. Storing pets, fresh food, perishable items, hazardous materials, prohibited items, or any articles regulated by law is strictly prohibited. The lockers must not be used for illegal transactions or criminal activities. Items left in lockers after closing will be treated as lost property. Please refer to the Lost & Found protocols. for more details.

Family-Friendly Services

1. Nursing Rooms
   Available on 1F South Wing, 3F Crown Hall, and B1 Main Entrance. (Locations of nursing rooms)
   Each nursing room is equipped with a UV sterilizer and dryer, bottle brush, and a variety of baby care products.

2. Complimentary Diapers
   Complimentary diapers are available upon request at the Service Center on the 3rd floor.

3. Stroller Rental
   Strollers are available for rent at the Service Center on the 3rd floor.
   Stroller use is limited to Banyan Plaza and Crown Hall within the venue.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted in public areas of the venue only if they remain securely inside strollers or carriers, and are not placed on the ground. The venue does not provide any pet storage or holding services. Guide dogs are welcome.

Pets are not allowed inside performance halls. （Only guide dogs are allowed during performances.）
